The main product categories include calcium hypochlorite, PDEB, EVOH, rubber additives, BDO, white oil, specialty wax, and asphalt.

(2) Marketing promotion, customer maintenance and certification services for refining and chemical products

Taking advantage of years of accumulated procurement resources in China along with strong local market resources in Southeast Asia to support the promotion, customer service, and certification of Sinopec Group’s advantaged refining and chemical products, as well as other high-quality Chinese refining and chemical products, in the Southeast Asian market.

(3) Equipment procurement and process control services

We provide specialized procurement and process control services for equipment and materials, including:

Optimizing stowage plan and voyage route, closely monitoring loading port congestion situation and vessel lineup to achieve logistics cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

(5) Witness at Loading Port

Assessing climatic conditions impact at loading port on key indicator such as TM and etc.;

On-site observation of cargo readiness at the port stockpile.

On-site observation of the cargo’s appearance to ensure cargo size, impurity content and adhesion issues before and during cargo loading;

Boarding the vessel and conducting the observation to ensure holds are clean, dry, and free of water or contaminants.

Witness standardized sampling at the loading port in accordance with relevant regulations, and overseeing the delivery of buyer samples or arbitration samples to the laboratory to ensure sample representativeness and compliance with contractual standards during samples handover.
