WHO ARE WE

Sinopec International (Middle East) FZE is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Petrochemical International Co. Ltd.， registered in Jebel Ali Free Zone of Dubai, UAE in 2008. Sinopec International (Saudi) Co., Ltd., the subsidiary of Sinopec International (Middle East) FZE, was established in Dammam in 2011. Our main business is international trade of refining by-products such as petcoke and sulfur, oil field & petrochemical equipment and materials. After more than a decade of development, it has gradually formed a Dubai/UAE-centered business with its main business scope covering the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia and India, and some of its main business extending to Eastern Europe and East Asia.

OUR TEAM

Sinopec International (Middle East) FZE consists of five departments: Administration Department, Finance Department, Equipment & Material Procurement Department, Marketing Department and Contract & Execution Department, with employees from China, Saudi Arabia, Canada, India and many other countries. We have professional refining by-products and equipment materials international trade team, project material procurement and process control service team and finance, risk control, compliance support team. We are Looking forward to cooperating with you for a brighter outlook in international trade.

OUR AIM

We will continue to leverage the territorial advantages, talent advantages, trade advantages, and cultural advantages, explore and create a shared service platform for International market development of our own advantageous products, and for overseas material procurement and process control of Sinopec Group. We will continue to refine, specialize and strengthen the international trade of refining by-products. We will contribute all the efforts to push forward the development of high-quality international operation in MENA district for Sinopec Group.
